1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to, accessing, or integrating Gold Scheme (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Platform is owned and powered by Inktek Solutions.
2. Subscription & Licensing
We grant your business a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy Gold Scheme across your authorized branch count. Subscription charges are billed periodically based on your active physical branches and operational database volume.
3. Customer Schemes Responsibilities
As a jewellery business deploying our platform, you remain solely responsible for configuring, financing, and honoring savings schemes commitments with your retail clients. Gold Scheme acts exclusively as a software record-keeping processor. We do not manage gold metal backing, redemption values, or physical assets.
4. Acceptable System Use
You agree not to bypass, hack, or exploit operations control bounds in the software. All employee logins, cashier assignments, and manager reviews must represent actual transactions. We reserve the right to suspend accounts displaying fraudulent operations history or rate manipulation.
5. System Availability & Service Levels
We aim to deliver 99.9% system uptime for cloud databases. However, seasonal maintenance, network failures, or rate feed delays may cause short interruptions. We run continuous data backups to prevent records loss.
